Zyntria® products distributed by Xenrya are licensed for use, not sold. This page summarizes the general licensing framework for Zyntria® Water Adventure, Zyntria® Winter Adventure, Zyntria Play™, Zyntria Learn, and other Xenrya products.
The applicable App Store terms remain the primary license framework for products distributed through Apple unless additional terms are provided for a specific product.
Zyntria® applications distributed through Apple's App Store are licensed, not sold. Use of each app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), except where a valid product-specific license agreement states otherwise.
App Store purchases, downloads, installation rights, and Apple account matters are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Unless additional terms are provided, the license allows you to use the app for its intended personal or organizational purpose on devices permitted under the applicable App Store terms.
The license does not transfer ownership of Xenrya software, source code, trademarks, designs, content, or other intellectual property.
Water Adventure is licensed as a planning and situational-awareness product. Its weather, water, mapping, route-planning, GPS, and Marine Safety & VHF features are provided to support informed recreational use.
Winter Adventure is licensed as a planning and situational-awareness product. Its weather, snow, terrain, mapping, route-planning, activity-readiness, Night Sky, hazard-context, and Safety & Rescue features are provided to support informed recreational and outdoor use.
Xenrya may provide additional terms for a particular product, feature, service, enterprise arrangement, or custom license. When additional terms apply, they may appear in the app, on the applicable product page, or in another agreement presented with the product.
Product-specific terms supplement the general license framework and control where they expressly state that they replace a conflicting provision.
Xenrya, Zyntria®, Zyntria Play™, product names, software, interface designs, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by downloading, purchasing, or using a product.
Licensing terms may be updated as products, distribution methods, features, or legal requirements change. The current version of this page will be published here.
